Feature Food Pizza
At my house, we ate pizza on Friday nights. The neighborhood kids all envied my dad’s pizza, but while I loved my father’s pies, they never rivaled those from a legitimate pizza restaurant. In fact, every homemade pizza pie I have ever eaten or made has failed to mimic its restaurant brethren, something I can say for few dishes. No, when it comes to pizza, the restaurants always win. The question I set out to answer here is why? Why is it that no matter what I try, pizza always seems better when it comes from a restaurant? What am I doing wrong?
